  The purchase of any paper piecing pattern offered by Creative Kuts includes a limited use license from Creative Kuts. Creative Kuts reserves all copyrights and ownership to the content, graphics and artwork included in each printable and cutable pattern.

  Allowed uses with purchase of patterns

  A limited use license exist with each original pattern purchased from Creative Kuts. Patterns purchased may be used for completed projects for personal use. Each printable and cutable paper piecing patterns are useable for handmade projects for resale and profit limited to 100 items per calendar year. Projects may consist of and not limited to paper projects and handcrafted items.

  Puchase of Creative Kuts patterns used as a single assembled project or part of a layout for resale is allowed.

  NOT ALLOWED uses with pruchase of patterns

  Any purchase of Creative Kuts patterns in an unfinished format, non assembled printable or paper piece may not be included for usage in a kit or part of a kit  for the sole purpuse of resale. No Creative Kuts patterns may be used to create digital products, such as cutting files for the usage in a cutting machine. 

  All or partial patterns purchased from Creative Kuts may not be used to create a printed product pattern for resale or disbribution. All and all finished creaions may not be offered as part of a clipart collection, tubed or redistributed in any digital form.

   

  All products purchased from Creative Kuts are licensed and is not transferable to another person. Sharing any or all pieces of purchased Creative Kuts patterns to another individua lor group of individualsis not permitted.
